Inspiring as it clearly shows that becoming plant based is totally doable. Given the title, I would have expected a more research/science based approach, while this book seems to be addressed to those who don't know much about nutrition and it's full (too much so) of testimonials from athletes in basically every chapter. I would recommend this mostly to those of you who would like to explore the plant based nutrition and know very little about it.
